At Kostlich Pickles, we believe that great taste comes from honesty, tradition, and care. Our journey began in a small Kerala kitchen, inspired by the flavors of authentic homemade pickles. What started as a family recipe soon grew into something bigger, as friends and customers kept coming back for more.
What makes Kostlich Pickles special?
At Kostlich, we follow the traditional Kerala way of making pickles. We use farm-fresh vegetables, sea-fresh fish, premium beef and chicken, and freshly ground spices — with no chemicals, artificial colors, or flavors. Every jar is homemade with love, care, and strict hygiene.
Are your pickles really homemade?
Yes! All our pickles are 100% homemade. From grinding our spices to cooking in small batches, we ensure every jar retains the authentic taste and freshness of traditional recipes.
Do you use preservatives?
No. We never add artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. Our pickles are made with natural ingredients, oils, and spices to ensure safe and delicious flavor.
Where are you based?
Kostlich Pickles was founded in Kerala, where we continue to source our ingredients and prepare our products with local authenticity.
Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our website kostlichpickles.com. Simply choose your favorite pickle, add it to your cart, and checkout securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through trusted gateways. If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before processing. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
At Kostlich Pickles, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you fresh, safe, and on time.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver across India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
What are the delivery charges?
- Free delivery across Kerala.
- For locations outside Kerala, courier charges apply (calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team).
How long does delivery take?
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your courier tracking details once your order has been shipped.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us. While courier delays are beyond our control, we’ll help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only in cases of damaged or incorrect products, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at kostlichpickles@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, with photo proof. Refunds or replacements are subject to approval.

Will the product look exactly like the photos on the website?
We try to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur since our pickles are handmade.
How should I store the pickles?
Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place. Always use a clean, dry spoon when serving to maintain freshness. Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
What is the shelf life of Kostlich Pickles?
- Best before 4 months from packing
- Consume within 1 month after opening
- Proper storage ensures the authentic taste and safety of our pickles.
